Super admin opens Settings → Account Defaults → Subscription.

Contact your CSM or open Settings → Account & Billing → Cancel.

Export contacts, deals, and companies as CSV from each object's list view.

Download every email campaign report you'll want — they vanish after cancellation.

- Annual contracts don't auto-cancel — you must give written notice 30+ days before renewal.
- Custom properties and historical timeline data don't round-trip into other CRMs cleanly.
