    Owner opens Settings → Workspace → Billing → Cancel subscription.

    Export conversation history from Settings → Data → Conversations export.

  3. 3

    Export contacts and companies as CSV.

  4. 4

    Disable the messenger snippet on your site so visitors don't see a 404.

  • AI Agent (Fin) usage is billed in arrears — final bill arrives weeks after cancellation.
  • Annual contracts cancel at end of term — confirm in writing 60 days ahead for some plans.
  • Conversation exports take days to process; start before you cancel.
