The steps
Cancellation steps

Open Settings & members → Plans inside your workspace.

Click Change plan → Downgrade to Free (or Cancel subscription if on Enterprise).

Export every workspace as Markdown + CSV from Settings → Workspace → Export.
- 4
Confirm you're billed only through the end of the current period.
Don't get burned
Watch-outs
- Free plans block files larger than 5MB — re-upload attachments if you stay on Free.
- Workspace owners only; admins cannot downgrade.
- Sub-pages export as nested folders; database relations don't survive the export.
