Cancellation steps

Site admin opens admin.atlassian.com → Billing → Manage subscriptions.

Click Cancel subscription for Jira Software (and any Hubs you want to drop).

Export each project: Project settings → Export → CSV (current view).
- 4
Backup attachments separately via the REST API — they don't ship with the CSV.

- Cancelling Jira keeps Confluence active if you have it — cancel each product separately.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, no prorated refund.
- Annual plans don't refund unused months unless you ask support and qualify.
